I have a little problem with our call recording playback and wondering if theres anything I can do, Definity side - to fix this.
When we are playing back some of the long calls, and there is a reasonable amount of silence (about 15 seconds), the call disconnects.
I assume this is todo with a timeout somewhere. Does anyone know of a timeout option on the Definity r8 software that I can modify?
