Incorrectly addressed mail

Hello All

I have just upgraded to Exchange 2003 -- In the exchange 5.5 environment any internet email which was received to the domain but was incorrectly addressed when to an administrator account to be processed.

Now after the upgrade any mail which is addressed incorrectly vanishes -- How do I set the system up so that any incorrectly addressed mail to the domain is sent to a specified account?
