Incorrect MailBox Size

I've got a user account (maybe more than one) that shows in System Manager as being 157Mb but if I get properties of her mailbox in Outlook (or of her folder in the M: Drive) then it shows as over 600Mb. I have block send limits set at 350Mb but this user can still send mail as E2K thinks the mailbox is only 157Mb.

All my W2K and E2K servers are running SP2.

Has anybody else come across this problem.
 
Yes, we are running Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 Datacenter system and have noticed the same issue. Have not received any answer back from anyone we pointed this out to.
 
I've got the 3 limits set.

Send Warning 300Mb
Prohibit Send 350Mb
Prohibit Send / Receive 500Mb

I've exported a user account to a PST file and the file is the size that Outlook / M Drive shows it to be. I've imported the file back into a blank account and it then shows as the full size ...... I don't fancy having to do this for all 200 users across 5 servers though :)
 
All of our users are migrated accounts from Exchange 5.5 and we did have the limits in place on the old exchange server. The new exchange 2000 server has the same limits set.
 
All my accounts were created from new.

I've currently got a call logged with MS Support ..... they've got me checking out a few things as the moment. I'll post back here when we've got a solution.
 
fixed it :)

Dismount the mailstore. Then run ISINTEG -s <servername> -fix -test alltests

Run this three times and then mount the stores.

You will want to run a full backup before and after you do this.

I've just done this one one of my databases and it works like a charm.
