Yes the client has access to it. It was working fine until she tried to troubleshoot the error I previously posted.
"I load Platinum (version 4.06), it boots, asks me for my password
then goes into the "General Ledger" module of whatever company I have
"loaded" I then try to go into "Journal Batch Entry" to enter the month's data
and I get the following error:
PFW Entry/Maintenance
Error 86 - File Table Full encountered while attempting to access file xxx"
Each time she tries to log in, the app creates another .ini file (as she browses to the company file). I believe the app may be looking at the wrong .ini file... or the info within the .ini file is now incorrect. I can be reached directly at:
