Incorrect Delta Server Agent Status 1

Hi Guys
There is a few Agent Status tabs in Delta Server window (Agents, Agent Logged On, Agents Logged Off, etc.), where you can monitor online status of Agents.

The problem appears, when agents use DND feature (Delta Server: Busy_Not_Avalaible). In same cases, when agent X activates DND, Delta Server reports Busy_Not_Avalaible for Agent X and Agent Y (duplicates the state for another Agent). However, agent Y works properly (idle), only Delta Server reports incorrect data.
I don't have CCC license for this location (only CBC) but I suppose it should report agent status correctly.

I found this problem using 8 DS ports of IP406 V2 module. The duplicate status happens in 3 specific situations:
when DND feature is used by agent logged on DS port 3 (affect on agent logged on port 2);
when DND feature is used by agent logged on DS port 5 (affect on agent logged on port 3);
when DND feature is used by agent logged on DS port 7 (affect on agent logged on port 4);

I tried diffrent IPOffice versions (inc 3.2), Delta Server verisons, 406 modules.

Do you have any suggestions
 
The DeltaServer will only report the Agent Status correctly if you have as many Agent licenses as you have agents logged in on your system.

I checked this situation also using CCC licenses (5 agents).
I defined 2 agent in IPOffice and I still have the same problem.

I think that problem might be in IP406 V2 architecture?
 
Can I please ask what build of CCC you have installed and do the agents use call parking.

What I mean by this is do they receive calls on a group and then park the call and it is answered by another agent ?

Mr IPO, actually I don't use CCC application.
The point is, that some reports (online Agent stats) can be shown also in Delta Server (Agent tab).
So I don't need CCV to see agents stats on-line.

Unfortunately, client claims, that these reports are inncorrect (see description above). I have mad some tests, and I confirm that problem exists. Even then, I put CCC license to the system (Delta Server confirmed Agent licenses), Delta Server still report wrong concrete (Busy_Not_Available)data.

No, they don't use call parking. That is outbound call center.

Do you have any suggestions about this issue: Delta Server reports and IP406 module?
