Inconsistent Published Apps for Users

Issues today with MetaFrame XP 1.8...

Users are only seeing certain published applications today and not others. Different users seeing different apps. Even administrator login is only seeing some apps and not others.

Anyone have experience (and hopefully solution) to this dilemma? Application manager seemingly checks out fine. No updates or system changes as of recent.

It sounds like it could be a permissions issue. In the properties of the published apps, check the users who are allowed to use them. Are all users who need a published app listed there, either singly or as a member of a group?

If MF1.8........Out of Curiosity, stop the "Program Neighbourhood" service on all farm members, then restart all again, but ensuring you restart the "Master Browser" server first (if you have a dedicated Master Browser that is....).

Use Qserver from a command prompt to find the master browser, it will have an M by it, Backup ones will have a B!
