Incompatible quark extensions

When I start Quark I get the message that the following : Cool Blends, CPSI Fixer, Font Creator, Kern-Track Editor, MacWrite Filter, MacWrite Pro Import, MS-Word Filter, MS-Works Filter, POCE, Quark CMS, QuarkLink, WordPerfect Filter and WriteNow 3.0 Import cannot load because the extension software is not compatible with the version of Quark which is 4.11. I know these are very basic extensions and I should be able to get them from the original quark cd, but there is something wrong with the cd and I tried downloading some extensions from the Quark website, but either they are not there or the version is too old. Where can I get these extensions? I do not just want to put them in the "extensions disabled" folder. Help.

If you're licenced to own Quark, you can contact them about a replacement CD. There's a small charge, but it's minimal.
