Incompatible CPU PART 2 1

Thanks guys for your quick responses. The BIOS upgrade looks like the solution. Here's my last question though. How do I perform a BIOS upgrade on a machine where I can only enter the CMOS setup? The cpu hung before it would read my cd drives. I am a novice with this stuff that's why I am curious. Thanks again.

Make the flash diskette on another PC. Might be a good idea to also print out the instructions if you haven't done this before.
