incomming fax limit

on intuity release 5.1-24.
several of my users have said that if they are supposed to receive faxes over 6 pages long that only 3 pages get thru(ie pages 1, 2, and 6). so apparentlly they are set up on a limit on how much space they have to receive an incomming fax/message.
How do I increase their storage/space size???

Just a thought off the top of my head, but how about adjusting the maximum Voice Mail Message size to a larger size (I think the default is 300 seconds) in their Audix profile?
