Hi All,

Sorry for the vague subject but I have just come across the most bizarre issue.

I have set of numbers within incoming call route. Lets say 02071234567. I set the default value to a mobile number. When calling the 02071234567 the mobile rings but on the handset I dialled from I hear nothing no ringing tone, nothing. Until the call is answered on the mobile that is, which then everything works fine.

If I change the default destination to a phantom user and then enable unconditional forwarding to the same mobile number, everything works fine.

Has anyone stumbled across this before?

SIP trunk?
I rather forward a user if that is the case before trying to find the issue and spend hours on it.

PRI?
oops no reason why this should not work, try a different mobile provider and see if that still happens

Hi All,

Thank you for your replies and suggestions. It does appear to be using the SIP trunk. I will check Keep Alive and test again.
