We have a local number that uses the automated attendant. That number is in a route that has 7 total members. At times they all become busy and a caller will get a busy signal.
Is there any way to have these call use a secondary route when the first one becomes busy?

Are you referring to inbound our outbound? If it is inbound, you would need to talk to your provider. If it is outbound, you can add additional outbound routes to your RLI (Route List Index) in LD 86.

Post back if you need additional help on adding routes witin an RLI.

Hope this helps,

Scott M.

Thanks Scott. The calls I'm referring to are inbound.
I'll see if the man will spring for more lines.
