I have a full T1 with a watchgaurd firewall (the smtp port 25 is open) in front of an Exchange 2003 server.
I have turned off all size limits on the Global settings "message delivery properties defaults".
Set no limits in the mailbox store and the default SMTP settings are Messages 10,000 KB, Session 10,240 KB, Connections 20 and Recipients 64,000.
I have sent out files up to 8M but am unable to receive anything over 3 Megs...
Can anyone tell be what I'm missing? We need to be able to receive files up to about 6 Megs.

Thanks for your help!

Depending on the watchguard model it maybe worth checking the smtp proxy as that may be limiting the size of your emails.

Again, Anti virus software might also effect this!

Thanks for your help!

It was the firewall smtp proxy...I was sure I had checked that. Guess I made one of those I D 10 T errors!

Thanks again!!!
