I must be missing something here. This seems like it should be simple.

I have a customer that has a machine running version 3221 rls 3.00. They want to selectively activate CDR for internal calls (not systemwide). I can turn on ICDA in LD 11, that shows me OUTGOING internal calls, but nowhere can I see INCOMING calls to that particular extension (without turning on ICDA to ALL extensions).

Switch has pkg 108 and 259. I can't find any documents to support or deny this function.

Any help is appreciated!

Can you look at the raw record for that phone and see if you get the call. The reason I say that is because maybe the Call Accounting report may not be set up for both ways. If I call from a phone that has ICDD to a phone with ICDA then I get the record. But if I call between 2 phones with ICDD I get no record which is the way it should work.

OK OK OK I took the stupid pill. I should have known better than to trust in the call accounting system. Both incoming and outgoing internal CDR IS being sent by switch, but the call acctg system (Veramark eCAS) decide it doesn't like the data stream. I just needed to run the report in a different manner (aka "digits dialed") in order to get correct data. A bit silly, but at least I can get the data the customer needs.

Thanks for your help!
