Can you give a CPND to a incoming CLID call from say another company, and how would you program this. I have tried searching but could not find the answer.

are you trying to get a company to come up and show who is calling you ... or do have to answer the phone in different ways, depending on whos calling? or would you like to have designated trunks come in on a phone(s) listed to paticular customer, so you know that this cust is calling you....wright back soon. oh yea ,,,,this is possible...
