Hey guys I am new to this Nortel platform I am working with a cs1000. I am having an issue where incoming calls are not been answered consistently by the pbx. I need to know the pbx answers an incoming call.

thanks!

Could be a bad card, never say never

I have already check the wiring to the T1 and Clock cards

ok you suggested that I switch the card so I am gonna do that now.

If this is an NT5D12 there are some dip switches on the card, just make sure they are the same.

yeah board is a nt5d12ah are u referring to the enl/dsl switch on the face plate?

No, there are on board dip switches on the component side of the card that you need to match with the new card.

DTI TRK LOOP 18
TRSH CNT:
BPV -000
SLIPD -003
SLIPR -000
CRC -000
LOSFA -000
OS_BPV -000
OS_LOSFA-000
OS_YEL -000

I switch the boards and the slips still come up on loop 18

Is loop 18 and another loop configured the same with the same type of trunks on it? If so swap the circuits at the smart jack and see if the trouble follows the circuit.
