incoming calls intermittently appear and ring on line 1

I have MICS 4.0 with 2 LS/DS analog cartridges.

Incoming calls on line 001 do not appear or ring until the caller has heard 3 rings. After they appear and ring 2 or 3 times, they disappear and stop ringing.

The incoming caller continues to hear the rings. This has just started in the past week or so.

Try rebooting to see if it clears out any corruption

I disconnected the power for about one minute a restarted and still occurs. It does not occur every call.

Noise on the line or ring going to ground from the provider. Test with test set at demarc listen for a crisp ring 1 sec on 3 sec off no fluttering.
