incoming calls answered by operator

i am trying to determine which lines are answered by the Pc console on the Cs1000
we added an announcement to some of the incoming external calls are not playing the announcement.
This is the ATT data from the switch. I am trying to get the relationship between the incoming lines and the console. How do I tell the system which lines to answer?

Are these POTS lines you are referring to or Digital, like PRI's for instance?

I think what you may be looking for is LDN_DATA. If you print this in LD 21 it will give you the LDN's associated with your console.

Recorded Overflow Announcement is applied according to RICI which, in turn, is related to ICI.
You have RICI 0 1 2 4 5 which means that ROA will be given to callers that come in on any of the categories attached to ICI 0 1 2 4 or 5. Your ICI 0 includes (among other things) R006 or Route 6 so incoming calls on that route should be getting ROA.
But route 8 (ICI 3) and route 5 (ICI 6) would not get the ROA.

Thanks for the help. i am understanding some what how it ties together.
I am trying to understand the relationship between ATT data and LDN #'s and routes that are answered by the operators.I have uploaded the CDB text file and I wanted to make sure all lines are being answered correctly. I have not set any of this up before.
