Sorry all if this is a basic question, but on a second incoming call (while client is on an existing call), does the caller id info show up and remain on the display?

You folks are the best source of info...dare i say even better than avaya?

On my 4.1 system it does with 5420 phone. it does not stay but flashes between the live call and the incomming call.
