Incoming Call route to shortcode

easy enough, but here is the stumped part

i have made a short code

Code: 321
Feature: unpark call
Dial: 1
Line group: 0

Code: 322
Feature: unpark call
Dial: 2
Line group: 0

works well for unparking calls from slots 1 and 2 from a cordless phone.


here is the q?

as i use my mobileall the time, i set a ddi to dial short code 321, nothing?, normally no probs with incoming call route, ddi, shortcodes, but this one??

i also made a module in VMpro to start point - to generic, dial 321, same thing??


any ideas

we are using ip401 small office, and 4.1.9

You cannot start functions from as remote like, you could piggyback a alog trunk and station.
Dial in on a trunk, break out over alog trunk and get dial tone. Then you can start any function you like.
