I have a customer with an IPO 500V2 on 8.0(42). Twice in the last couple months I have had to remote in and fix the incoming call route. It is supposed to be set to 2000 for all calls for line group 0. The first time this happened in February, the destination got changed to 2007. Today, it was set to 2002 for high priority calls and 2003 for low priority calls. Any idea how this could be getting changed? They don't have anybody on site that knows anything about the system, and I don't think they even have the Manager program. I'm more of a Definity/CM guy, so I'm stumped.

You can look in audit trail to see if any changes have been made.

Any chance you're running sip trunks and not behind a firewall (that is blocking ports appropriately)?
