a client wants when calls are coming in he wants to have a pop up of the caller on his pc,is there something in the bcm 50 that would do that

You can get a Lan CTE seat keycode and set it up on the customer pc. It comes with a TAPI application called personal call manager that will give you your screen pops and let you manage your calls with the click of a mouse. The bcm has to be on the network though.
