Incoming call barring based on i/c call CLI

All,

Can I bar incoming calls based on the incoming CLI?
A user wants calls from one specific tel nbr to be barred.
I don't think it can be done, but would appreciate your guidance..

If you have symposium it can be done

The only way to truly keep the call from reaching the PBX is by using a PBX/PABX firewall. If you have Symposium, the call will flow through your PBX but you can configure any type of treatment or disconnect that you want. Without either of these ancillary devices, the answer is no, you can't get there from here.
