We're using an Exchange public folder as a help ticket repository (I know, not the right tool for the job.) Currently, messages are sent to "helpdesk@xxx", the folder's mail address, and forwarded to staff addresses. Unfortunately, the message is then "from" the folder.
Is there a way to a) have the folder forward messages with the original sender or b) include the folder in a distribution group? Either solution should solve the problem, through (b) would be slightly preferable.
