Hi,

This may be an easy question. I am in desperate need to fix this problem.

I log on to two separate computers (laptop and desktop). When I launch Outlook on my desktop, I see all of my email in the Inbox. When I log on to Outlook on my laptop, I see all of the emails in my Inbox disappear.

How can I get both Outlook appearances on both computers?

Thank you.

What type of email server do you use? Is it exchange, IMAP, POP, or some other type. That will change what needs to be done so that you can have your email on both machines.

Hi,

Use a network mail client.

We are using the Microsoft Exchange server. I think I figured it out.

I have to make sure that the two Outlooks are configured with the "Mailbox - Jane Doe" in the "Delver new e-mail to the following location" box.

Unless I am missing something, I thank you both for your responses.
