in place upgrade from 4.5 sbs to 2000 sbs?

I want to know if there is an in place upgrade version for sbs 4.5 to sbs 2000 or sbs 2003. i know there is a migration upgrade for both but i want to do an in place upgrade saves a lot of time

I believe that you would be fine putting the CD for 2000 sbs in and then running

WINNT32

or

WINNT32 /CHECKUPGRADEONLY to see if your hardware meets the HCL

In place from 4.5 to 2003 isn't possible because of XC2003. Should be ok for 2000 but depends on your current hardware capacity.

ntinlin is correct. To go to 2003 you would need to do an interim upgrade to 2000.
