IMS not showing all extensions

We are running IPOffice 3.0 (40) and when a new extension is created it does not show up on the IMS manager. Baiscally we can't enable IM for new employees because you can't see the extension. A reboot or restart of the services doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

IMS Administration gets the names from the Outlook client on the IMS server. Open Outlook, and the contacts will populate in IMS.
 
It is not the names of the clients it is the extension numbers from the IPO that do not show up. I am able to get the names from teh GAL. For instance if I set up a new user with extension 123 today...I can not enable IMS because ext. 123 will not show up in the IMS manager.
 
I have never encountered this problem but have you tried maybe deleting the server in the IMS Administrator and then adding the server back and see if that brings up the new extensions.
 
Do missing extensions have invalid characters in their Display Names or User Names?

I tried deleting and then adding the server back but the extensions still did not show. There are no invaldi characters in the display or user name. How does the IMS get the extension list?
