Importing saved messages?

Is it possible to import outlook express 5.1 saved messages from one computer to another? I've tried to import "messages" via application and as text (with the original express application being on a backup hardrive} but it just isn't working for me. I'm on a MAC.

I don't know anything about MAC's but Outlook saves messages on the hard drive in a file that has the same name as the folder like inbox.* or sent.* I think the file extension on PC's is .dbx but if you search for the folder name you should find the file. You could rename it as oldinbox.dbx (or whatever extension) and copy it to the correct folder on the other computer (find out what folder holds that computer's outlook *.dbx files).
