Importing from Excel 2

I wish to import data from an Excel spreadsheet into an Access table. I found a command in a help file somewhere but can't remember where and unfortuately, did not make a note of it. It started: "DoCmdTransferSpreadsheet acImport," or something similar. Can anyone, please, complete it for me or tell me where I can get the details?

The details can be found by placing your cursor on TransferSpreadsheet and selecting the F1 key.
