Importing Excel spreadsheets to specific tables.

Hello all,
I have a client who requires me to import specific pages of a particular format of Excel spreadsheets into Access. I need to make this action as simple as possible for the user (ie just one click of a button, or maybe be able to select within the Explorer structure).
I would appreciate any suggestions as to how I can go about this in a comparitively simple way.
I do have a couple of ideas but they are a bit awkward.
Can any of you suggest anything?
