importing ccmail directory entries using import32 command

Can someone help by giving the real and correct dos command to use when attempting to import a Lotus ccmail directory entries from a Post Office (Admin 8.5) to another Post Office ?
I have the ccmupdat file but can't import...
So far,I am getting a message saying : "I cannot enter parameters using mixed syntax"...
Import process ended with error:3

I do need a help and the extremely soonest is the very best...
