I have a 30 page Word document in which I would like to insert 4 Access reports and 4 Excel graphs. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

For the Excel charts, have you tried copy & paste (or paste Special for linking & other options)?

Cheers

I thought there was a way to import and/or link to the excel sheet as well as the reports in Access. I look at the help in word and was not able to find it. I remember reading about it sometime ago but I do not recall where.

Thanks

In Word, you can go to Insert > File, display all files, and select the worksheet you want to import. This will import the spreadsheet as a table into the document.

I'm not sure about Access reports, though.

I think you ought to know that Word does not always do a good job of displaying Access reports.
