I use word to make reports. Some of the pages are .pdf files that some are from my access and some are html. When I try to insert the file I get a message that says. Word cannot start the converter pdf32.

Importing a .pdf page into a word document.

It depends on your version of Word whether you can import a PDF file into it. (I am assuming you are trying to insert it as a picture using the Insert>Picture>From file command?) I think only the newest Word versions will allow import of PDFs.
