Imported tapes but cannot see files

Hi,
we are recreating another environment from production tapes and I have installed NetBackup and imported the necessary tapes. The environment is slightly different in that the backup server in production was a separate machine and on the new environment its combined and has a different name. Stay with me... ) I have restored two clients ok, however I'm having problems with the backup server restore, I can list the images ok and the tapes imported ok, but I can't see any files when using "Select files and directories" it just comes back and says nothing matches. We have tried renaming the machine to the same name as the backup server in production but this has not worked either. Can anyone help?? We are using NetBackup 3.4.1 cheers!

This might be a no brainer but have you checked the 'policy type' does it match the type the original servers were backed up as?

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes the policy type is the same its a standard policy. What's strange is that when keying in the details as search criteria I can list the images ok, just not see the files on them!
