Import or run EVB progect in .net 2002?

Hi all I am trying to work on a EVB project that was created in vb 3.0 Embeded Visual basic. Is it possible to import this into .net ? I cannot seem to open it. I have tried it comes up as columns of numbers not a normal form or Code.
