This is driving me nuts...

I'm building a short select case statement to load content based on a variable. This content will be imported from other files (HTML).

So...
I'm used to writing php; if this were php I would use a statement like:

require('whatever.inc');

What's the VBScript equivalent?

Thanks!

did you mean something like this...

<!--#include virtual="/adovbs.inc"-->

Thank you!

I've got this great vbscript reference book, but it's so big that it's hard to find the simple stuff. I didn't even know where to look in the index because my brain kept wanting to look up the php terms, which of course weren't there!

Cheers!

I'm not sure of the question. Are you wanting to pass information from one asp page to another ?

Nope. All I want to do is insert the contents of one file into another at a pre-determined point by calling it. It's not really about passing information as much as it's about constructing a single document from several others on the fly-- just saves typing, that's all.
