I know you can import agent information Name, ID ,extension etc....to Perform after it is installed, can you import Supervisor/managers information, those that will listen to recordings in a similar fashion??

you can import the basic information, name, group, etc the same details as a standard agent. You shouldn't be giving permissions to individual users but give permissions to groups and then add people who need to listen to calls for those groups as group managers.
