Import Data from an Excel sheet to textbox in vb.net

Hi
I know that is certainly already an open thread but as I can't do a search on it (site maintenance error) I post the question here.
So I have many textboxes in a vb.net form. I would like to get the data from an excel sheet and put it in the textboxes.
Any idea how to do it?
