Exported the Configuration as csv...
opened in excel, made changes to hunt groups...
resaved as csv.. thenm imported... merged..
no changes???
Any ideas please?
why so many hunt-groups (the usual reason is identification of different customers)?
could alpha tagging in incoming call routes achieve the same result?
Interesting I had a customer that hasd to do all sorts of "Twatting" about to get Microsoft CRM to work correctly before ICR tagging was introduced but it worked seamlessly after that
I suggest you talk to the provider of your app to see if there is anything they can do
