Hello,
Does anyone know - is it possible to import an actual bitmap into access. To date i have been importing the file location and using hyperlink but the file location changes (it is moved to another directory after import - directory is based on time & date).

Any advice would as always be most appreciated

You just have to go to "Insert" then "Picture" find the *.bmp file and that's it!

You're not alone'

Sorry - i meant in an automated import - my post want clear.
Any advice?

Yes, I can help you to import ur Bmp,Jpg,,,,,,,
but i recommend if you have a huge photo's to be insearted to ur DB, do not do that other wisw you'll have a invalid argument later and ur DB will be a huge size.
it's better you link ur photo's to any folder you want then once form run it will view the photo.
if this is okay let me know, and send me a more detail's about ur DB how it's working.

Best Regards
