I have a workstation that I am using for a sort of kiosk. Many people log in throughout the day. I have created a GP that I would like to apply to certain people that log on to this machine, like not being able to shut down the machine or run system tools. How/where do I enable this GP for this specific machine. Thanks in advance.

You want to do a "loopback GPO" to accomplish this. You can easily find out the specifics by googling a bit. If not post back and I will post the process.

Two ways:

1: create a new ou, place the pc in it, and place the gpo on that ou.
2: Place security on the gpo, using a especially created security group and then ad the pc to that security group.

And there is also a third way: use a local policy, will not be overwritten if those settings are not defined on your ad.
