Due to some legal wrangling between Microsoft and Kodak, that control, and the related Kodak Imaging control are not included as part of XP.
The following site describes a procedure for installing on XP. Please note that I do NOT use XP, and have never done this procedure, so I cannot vouch for the correctness of this procedure.
