Hi,

Is there a better way to better manage the IMF, I see a bunch of good email gone to the Spam folder; going through the spam folder takes so much time.

Many thanks,

-Steve

Yes, set the IMF to Archive and try an initial threshold of 6 to Archive and 5 for sending to the Junk Mail Folder. You can play with these settings until you get it to where you are most confortable.

To manage the Archived mail you can use my free web based solution.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Do you think Symantec Mail security for ME is good to block the spam? Do you recommend to enable the rule since I have the IMF enable on the Exchange server? I have a bunch email got stuck in the quarntine folder.

Many Thanks,

Steve

Honestly I do not like any of the Symantec AV or SPAM products.

I would stick with IMF.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
