Hi!

IMF installed and configured with Exchange 2003 SP2 and seems to be doing a good job of catching SPAM. However it hasn't been updated as yet so just wondering if anyone else has this deployed?

1. I am not sure if you can do a manual update or not??
2. At the moment the IMF updates appear in our WSUS database (but the server isn't part of a group policy for updates as yet). Does anyone else use the WSUS to push out updates to the Exchange server?

Many thanks in advanced!

Paul

WSUS does not push updates out. WSUS just responds to machines querying for updates. You can run "wuauclt.exe /detectnow" at the desired workstation to force the query to happen. I would also recommend rebooting any PC that does not seem to be picking up the updates.

Hi Danny thanks for the response. Probably didn't explain the post too well - it was more so to see if the IMF updates worked OK when authorised to be installed from WSUS.

Cheers
