Hello. This is my first post to this great forum.
It sounds like some people have a big problem with the IMC outgoing queue filled with "<>" emails. My queue has them, too -- but only a dozen or so a day.
While a few have the obligatory "hotmail" or "yahoo" addresses, most addresses such as "bounce1@freediesinboxspecials.com" or other similar spammish-sounding domains.
I suppose it's time to turn on maximum logging and scrutinize things carefully. Relaying is prohibited, all patches in place on the 5.5 and NT servers.
Any suggestions on an approach to troubleshoot this issue? I really am just looking for a good list of suggestions, not necessary a step-by-step course. I can research how to do each step myself. I just need to know WHAT steps to do...
