Hi
I'm trying to setup pocket outlook on Pocket PC 2003 (or whatever it's called) to connect to an E2K server via IMAP4. Whenever I try to connect, it refuses and the server produces an error, source IMAP4SVC, event 1051. Microsoft KB says this means a client is attempting to use SSL when it is not set up on the server. The PDA mail client doesn't have many options to set, but SSL is definitely not ticked, can I force the client not to use SSL or is the error message a red herring? I'm sure connecting this way is possible, according to many internet pages I've seen. Because it's an unsupported method (microsoft want you to use the official method which is E2K3) there is no help available from them online. Any ideas appreciated.
