Images on table doesnt show on Netscape.

I need help on this. It works all right in IE5.5 but it doesn't work well in netscape 4.7. in Netscape, the positioning works but images don't appear. How can I get images back? I need this to work because I'm trying to force the table to stay on top left corner.

Here's the code, from CSS file

.tablelink { left: 0px; top: 0px; clip: rect( ); position: absolute}

I forgot to add one more. I put tablelink as class in:

The positioning works but as I told before, images didn't appear.

culd u post here a little more of ur code? i mean the part that is about images? regards, vic

All right. Here's the codes. I'm only redesigning the website. The codes are hard to read because it was written by frontpage. I'm using Dreamweaver 4.0. You can copy and paste on a notepad or wordpad, so you can read better. Hope you can help me. Thanks.

sorry, my netscrap crashed for a while (it just died & thats it - i cant bring it back 2 life w/o restarting, - oh no, i dont want to..)
so what can i say w/o having a look like it works, u use divs, & divs (in netscrap 4x - layers) when writed as div tags must be positioned:
if in the table cell - write <div style=&quot;position:relative&quot;..
when just in normal page flow - use position:absolute..
& u also are able of using the next construction:
<ilayer name=name1><layer name=name2><div id=name3 style=&quot;position:relative&quot;></div></layer></ilayer> when ur layer is inside a table cell; its weird & huge & ugly, but it works..
& <layer name=name4><div id=name5 style=&quot;position:relative&quot;></div></layer> when in normal flow..

got it?
i hope i made it clear for ya..
then if u'll want 2 do smth with those images, u shuld reference 2 'em like this (in netscrap):
document.layers.layername.document.images.imagename
or if there're nested layers:
document.layers.layername.document.layers.layername.document.images.imagename
woo - ugly.. :-(
