I dont know why, but whenever i try to export an image to jpg, it grows by alot, and i mean alot.
Can someone plz help me?

images expand by alot when exporting

Hi again
Looks like it's something to do with the resolution. It was exporting at 300 dpi by default. When I changed it to 72, the size was fine.
Not sure how this helps us if we actually need the higher resolution though...there must be a setting somewhere to specify the picture size.

Hi Chrystal. I export a lot of files for emailing and have not ever had this problem. If you have not done this already, try to export at 1 on 1 at a lower dpi. IE, to email a picture that will be seen on computer only, export at 1 on 1 at 72 dpi to your briefcase. Then just put it into an email as an attachment. Hope this helps. Z
