Images and Text

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to make a paragraph of text "wrap" around an insterted image. Whenever I place an image, the text is always justified to the bottom of the image. How do I get the textbe at the top of the image, then follow the image shape?

and it will only follow a square shape. If you are using a gif with part of it transparent, will follow the square, not the visible part.
