I need some activex or component to show me several image format files such as tif,bmp,gif,jpg,pcx,... also I want to resize, rotate, mirror, ... my pictures.

do you no any activex or component

you'll have to explain why activex if it's for your pictures.

If you just need some image manipulation software try IrfanView

sorry, i should told you that i want to use it in my web site and program it with ASP. So, I need a web based component

there's hoards of this type of conponents in javascript, google up javascript image editor, then incorporate it into asp, like responsing out the filename, the form elements, etc.
