I'm not sure how to undo this.

I'm taking over my company's phone system this month and the first thing I want to correct is when a customer calls the front desk they get 4 rings then its goes to our CEO's mail box. The phone rings to the main phone up front with the receptionist, that phone has a mailbox set up as well. Ideally we want the phone to just ring until its picked up is there any way I can get this set up like that?

I don't know where's its set to ring over to the CEO's mailbox after the receptionist misses the call. I'd like it to just go to the receptionist mailbox.

Oh I'm sorry, we have call pilot yes. And we have this application Business Element Manager. My predecessor left me with no instruction .

I'm sorry I wish I could answer more affirmatively. I know we have a BCM. The people around here refer to it often.

look at the hardware in your telco room, if need be take a pic and attach it. Find the correct forum and then ask. If you know how to pull your programming info post that as well or if not the pic will help direct you to someone that can tell you what to do to get it and post. However I will say that sometimes the smartest thing to do with no knowledge is to find a contractor with more than extensive knowledge of your hardware to provide assistance and training in what you can comfortably do and what you need to call him for.
